Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Stonevale Solutions. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided
Stonevale Solutions (“we,” “our,” “us”) offers professional website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services. The exact scope of services is outlined in each client agreement or proposal.

2. Payment Terms
- Website design and development is a one-time payment of $650, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment is only due after the website is completed and approved by the client.
- Ongoing maintenance and hosting plans are billed at $125/month, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. Refunds & Cancellations
- Because no payment is collected until the client has approved their website, no refunds are issued after payment is made.
- Monthly maintenance plans may be canceled at any time with 30 days’ written notice.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information (business details, service descriptions, images, etc.) for the website.
- Review drafts and provide timely feedback to keep projects on schedule.
- Ensure all content provided does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others.

5. Maintenance Plan (Optional)
Clients may choose to enroll in our Maintenance Plan ($125/month), which includes:
- Secure hosting
- Website security & backups
- Up to 3 monthly edits (photos, services, reviews, etc.)
- 48-Hour Priority Support – Any request you make is handled within 48 hours

If the client opts out, they are responsible for arranging their own hosting, security, and updates.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- Full ownership of the completed website is transferred to the client once all payments have been made in full.
- Stonevale Solutions retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., increased revenue, sales, or search rankings).
- We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from third-party providers (including hosting companies, domain registrars, or payment processors such as Stripe).
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for services rendered.

8. Termination
- Either party may terminate an agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
- Maintenance services will remain active until the end of the billing cycle in which the cancellation notice was received.

9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.
10. Updates to Terms
Stonevale Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
